Aromatherapy Massage - 60 min - $80

Hot stone Massage - 60 min - $85

A unique combination of full body massage and heated Basalt volcanic stones. The warmth of the natural stones penetrates the muscles to release tension and stress, creating harmony and positive energy flow.
Hot stone massage can benefit the body with:

- Joint pain
- Joint mobility
- Fibromyalgia
- Increased circulation

Rhythm Massage - 60 min - $85

Rhythm massage is known for its energetic properties. When experienced, the stimulation can help releive lethargy and chronic fatigue. Rhythm Massage improves the flow of blood, which will aid in poor circulation.
Your therapist will use a variety of percussion movements such as rocking techniques, plucking and vibrating movements to increase blood flow and stimulate and invigorate the body.

African Stem - 60 min - $85

Similar to hot stone - this massage uses an aromatic heated muslin parcel of herbs and spices to work out tensions and muscle aches. This therapy was originally used on war-weary soldiers returning from battle and is ideal for bruises, pain, and inflammation. It opens the pores and brings a medicinal heat to the muscles to induce relaxation.

Shiza - 60 min - $85

The Shiza massage incorporates movements to relax and stretch muscles, reducing muscular tension and preventing muscle cramps. This massage will also make muscle more flexible by working through muscle tone.
Your therapist will work with you to stretch and pull your tendons to strengthen and increase flexibility. At Enza, we take special care not to push your body farther then it is willing to go and we will customize the angles and amount of pressure to suit your needs. However, this massage is not suited to every person and is designed for those who lead a very active lifestyle.

Chakra Balance Massage - 60 min - $95

Feeling out of sorts? The Chakra massage combines a soothing massage and chakra balancing to realign and centre your energies. An experience not to be missed!

Shadow Massage (Four hand massage) - 60 min - $115

Indulge yourself with a relaxation Massage. This therapy contains two therapists, massaging in tune with each other, alleviating any sore muscles, and providing the ultimate experience for relaxation.

Hot Oil Anti-Stress Scalp & Neck Treatment - 40 min - $50

This treatment is used to revitalize your hair and bring life back to your tired and over worked scalp. This therapy will help re-energize you hair follicles encouraging your hair growth. While also relaxing the tense muscles of your neck with an invigoration massage.

Registered Massage Therapists are health care professionals who are certified and registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. They are trained to use a variety of hands on techniques to address injuries related to training, repetitive action, injury and stress. At Enza we believe that massage enhances overall well-being and working with a Registered Massage Therapist can facilitate healing.

Registered Massage Therapy can be claimed through most extended health care plans.

Infared Sauna Sessions

Infrared sauna treatments feature soothing radiant heat at safer, more comfortable temperatures than conventional saunas, making breathing more pleasant. In our infrared sauna you can feel the energy radiating as heat is being absorbed by your body over 1 1/2 inches below the skin, giving pain relief for those with sports injuries, Fibromyalgia, arthritis, and other chronic pain conditions and weight loss.
Please note: we include a complementary 15 minute sauna session in all one hour massages as well as incorporating it into many therapies.

Slimming & Contouring

Slimming & Contouring services focus on the natural form of the human body. At Enza we embrace all forms and never push past the natural form. Treatments are all detox based, clearing the body of poisons and lymphatic fluid build up is key to natural body weight loss. Speak to our information technician for the best type of treatment for your body.

LPG - 1.5h - $80

LPG, is a non-surgical procedure which helps eliminate cellulite and assists in achieving visible improvement in body shape and skin tone. Louis-Paul Guitay developed this treatment in the early 1980's and initially it was used in the recovery treatment of burns and minimize scar tissue. It was noted that it improved the appearance of cellulite/ body shape and became widely used in Europe for aesthetic purposes.

What can I expect from the treatment?
On your first treatment you will receive a consultation where-by the condition of your cellulite and body tone will be discussed between you and your therapist. A program will be agreed to suit your own personal needs.
The treatment includes infrared sauna, lymph drainage, light massage that will help you release excess toxins and leave the skin looking tight and youthful. Each treatment will last approximately 60 minutes.

EMS- 1h - $60

EMS, or electric muscle stimulation, uses gentle pulses of electricity to re-educate muscles. Over time, toxins can settle into unused muscles, leading to swelling and pain. EMS is great for individuals who are looking for overall body toning, muscle firming, and to boost circulation.

Breast lifting & tightening- 3X60min - $170

This treatment offers a combination of lifting and firming techniques to tighten and tone. The tri level pack includes a nourishing mask that will leave breast skin healthy and firm. This program has amazing results!

Enza Full Pedicure- 90 min - $85

This isn?t an ordinary pedicure, though it includes everything from an essential pedicure,? this treatment caters to your entire foot, from ankle to toe.
Your therapist begins with your nails, cleaning, buffing, shining, and shaping your toenails. Next, enjoy soaking your feet in a fragrant footbath. This will cleanse the foot and prep it for the next stage ? a soothing, natural foot scrub. The scrub cleanses as it gently exfoliates the rough, dry skin on your heels and soles providing a deep clean. During this, your feet will be soaking in our herbal foot bath.
Next, your therapist will work with a foot buffer to remove excess dead skin and hard calluses rendering your foot soft all over and smooth. You will then be treated to a warm melted paraffin foot wrap that works to seal in moisture to keep your feet unbelievably soft. In addition, as this segment of your treatment is accompanied by warm infrared booties, this will relieve any pent up stress and tension in your feet.
After your paraffin treatment, your therapist will massage your feet using a variety of techniques including Reflexology, acupressure, and massage. You may then choose a nail polish from our selection of OPI and China Glaze colours - we have something for everyone! Your therapist will finish with an Enza signature design ? ranging from delicate flowers to bold lines of colour.
