In our infrared sauna you can feel the energy radiating as heat is being absorbed by your body over 1 1/2 inches below the skin, giving pain relief for those with sports injuries, Fibromyalgia, arthritis, and other chronic pain conditions and weight loss.
Please note: we include a complementary 15 minute sauna session in all one hour massages as well as incorporating it into many therapies.
